I would especially like to Thank Joel Courchaine and Lorelei Hancock for going above and beyond. I know they are just doing there job but it is people like that who take the stress out, and the excitement back in to buying a vehicle. The reason I am acknowledging this is because last week I went to a dealership to look at buying a van but the payments were a little out of my range. So then I decided to look at a more reasonable price range and came across “what I thought” was a really nice 2001 KIA Magentis SE. Everything looked great and since I knew the salesman I thought even better. He kept going on about giving me a really good deal because I was a good friend of the family. We ended up going through with the application which was fine, I then had to deal with the business manager which was an acquaintance of ours as well and I had been waiting for 7 days and still hadn’t been contacted to take my vehicle home. No one was returning my phone calls, and I got fed up and had a good friend of mine make some phone calls to some people higher up the food chain. Well, needless to say, I did get a phone call back immediately, saying all the paperwork was ready to sign and I can pick my car up that day (8 days later) and I could come down and sign at 4:30 on November 1, 2006. Well, we went to the dealership at 4:15 and had a look at the car, two of the tires needed air as they were almost flat and they had washed the tires to make them look new but they were the same old tires with no tread. At that point we drove down the street to Crestview and spoke to Joel and Lorelei and by 5:30 they had me into a 2002 KIA Magentis SE. I am taking the car home today and I am so amazed by the length of time it took for all this to happen. Again, I would like to thank you for the Excellent Customer Service that I have received. "... Jason Green. Patient, honest, considerate ..." Heather I would like to bring to your attention the conduct of one of your employees: Jason Green. Patient, honest, considerate of my time – these are words that I would use to explain my encounter with Jason during my car quest. He was easy-going when explaining the options available and made my payments fit my lifestyle. Soon I was driving away in my 2005 Dodge SX 2.0 – I had a smile from ear to ear the entire drive home! As I walked onto the car lot, Jason Green graciously offered to help me. I lead a busy life and don’t have a lot of time, but Jason helped me through the process quickly and in no time we found my Grand Am. Jason was patient and alleviated some of the initial stresses that sometimes happen when purchasing a new car. He explained all the options available to me, and made the Grand Am fit my budget!
